Gather up your fishing poles and head to Navarre Beach
State Park’s 800-foot fishing pier. Visitors
of this pier take home a wide assortment of fish including
cobia, redfish, mackerel, flounder, bonita, Gulf kingfish,
and Florida pompano. In addition to fishing, travelers
can experience marine wildlife up close and personal
with the many dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays and
birds that make their home in Navarre Beach.
Hours and admission:
Open daily from 8 a.m. until dusk; concession is open
from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; $5 entrance fee to fish
from pier for adults, $2.50 for children and $1 for
walkers
Other fees:
Pier Pass: An Individual Pier Pass is available for $150 per year and a Family Pier Pass is available for up to four people for $300 per year; pavilion fees: $150 for large, $100 for medium and $75 for small
